Please read these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy (together referred to as “Terms”) carefully before accessing or using the website, and the Services. The company reserves the right to revise any of these terms & conditions stated here.

By accessing or using the Website and the Services you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below in these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. By using RajCars or signing up for an account, you are agreeing to these Terms. This is a legal agreement. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not access or use the Website and the Services and you should immediately end such use.

All prices quoted as per the choosen vehicle and all bookings should be made 8 hrs in advance. It is the User’s responsibility to ensure that all information that they, or someone else on their behalf, have provided to RajCars is complete and accurate. Registration using automated methods is prohibited. No reservation is considered as accepted until confirmed by e-mail and the passenger has been issued with the Booking Number.


  • For Airport pickups, first 45 minutes of waiting time free, from the time of landing or otherwise specified, thereafter you will be charged. There is no additional charge for flight delays.
  • All pickups, apart from airports waiting time, are free for the first 10 minutes; thereafter additional charges will apply on the entire waiting time.
  • Fares quoted are flat rates. If there are any additional stops, luggages or passengers on the way, will be subject to additional charge.


  • The company reserves the right to use of sub contactors to provide the services to our passengers. Drivers will be licensed and comply with the regulations stipulated with Public Carriage Office.
  • An additional surcharges of 50% on the prices listed on this site may be added on Christmas and new year week including any bank holidays.


  • Credit Card payments should be made with the internet booking or via phone and cash payments are to be made to the drivers.
  • All Paypal / Credit Card payments are subject to 5% or £5.00 surcharge whichever is greater on top of the quoted fare.


  • All fares quoted are for point to point and any diversions, stop over will be charged at £5.00 with fare quoted.


  • We reserve the right to refuse any passenger our services due to passengers having excess luggage which would result in the vehicle being unsafe on the road.
  • Passengers are responsible to load and unload their belongings and we will not accept liability for loss or damage to the luggages.
  • We monitor all flights for any delays and there will be no extra cost to the passenger. If the passenger misses the flight coming into one of the UK airports, the passenger has to call us immediately and there will be no extra cost involved.


Am user can choose a different kind of vehicles type in the form of "Economy" "Business" and "Group" for their Ride Request. Our Saloon and Estate vehicles are insured for hire and reward for maximum of 4 passengers and Our MPV's (Many People Carrier) are insured for maximum of 7 passengers.


  • Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to the Pick up time from within London postcodes and 4 hours notification is required for other outer areas.
  • Failure to cancel the bookings within the required time, customers will be liable for 100% booking fee.
  • A reservation may only be altered or cancelled with the permission from the company. It has to be done in writing (preferably e-mail) or phone.


  • The Driver can decline to continue the Journey, if he discern that the passenger had been infected to COVID-19.
